IP Records, founded by Mr. Godday Osarogiuwa, a student of Kaaf University in Ghana, was established in 2022 during his stay in Ghana. By 2025, it became fully registered under IGBORO PROPHECY ENTERTAINMENT LTD.

The label was created with a clear mission: to discover, nurture, and shape young talented artists with great potential, giving them the platform to reach the global music stage.
